I stayed from Sept 2004 til June 2006, starting out living in the main house and then "graduating " into one of the "three-quarter" apartments across the street after about a year.
Leigh Johnson ran the place with the stoic wisdom of many years of sobriety. Phil, the beloved house cook, prepared 3 meals daily with a pinch of love and a friendly smile.
The AA meetings held there are some of the best in Jax. and continue to draw those like myself who have so much gratitude for this place"
